For a coloured sergeant to gain his South Africa medal with 1877 78 clasp. Dated 1881. Rare.
Found in 1970 at the Battle of Khambula site, 29 March 1879. Discovered near artillery campsite. Comes with certificate from the Thembani Museum in Natal. Very rare.
Used with .45 Martini-Henry rifle during Zulu war.
